Promo Mechanics
- The promo is open to all active EastWest Credit Cards (“Cardholders”) in good credit standing*.
- Promo period is from June 6 to 30, 2024.
- Credit cardholders can get 50% off on the total food and beverage bill for dine-in and/or take-out using their qualified EastWest credit card at any Greyhound Café branches nationwide.
- Promo is valid for a minimum single-receipt spend pf P3,000, and maximum single-receipt spend of P5,000. Maximum discount is capped at P2,500 per single-receipt transaction. Service charge and applicable taxes are excluded from the discount computation.
- Promo can be availed of Monday to Sunday. No blackout dates.
- Cardholders must present their EastWest credit card prior to payment and must inform the representative/s that they will avail of the offer.
- Only one (1) EastWest credit card may be used to avail of the promo offer. Promo offer can be availed in a single-receipt purchase transaction only per table per visit. Splitting of transactions is not allowed.
- The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, menu bundles, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discount as mandated by law, regulation, or ordinance.
- All other fees pertaining to the transaction, such as service charges, delivery fees, and other applicable taxes will be shouldered by the Cardholder.
- In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
- The offer is non-transferable and is not convertible to cash or gift certificates.
- Issues related to the Greyhound Café transaction should be directed to and will be resolved by Greyhound Café.
- EastWest makes no representation for Greyhound Café and all feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to the respective merchant.
- By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to these terms and conditions.

- Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Card shall apply.
- All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Greyhound Café shall be conclusive with the approval of DTI.
* Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those with EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
