Promo Mechanics

1. The EastWest Perks Promo ("Promo”) is open to all active EastWest credit and debit cardholders ("Cardholder") in good credit standing*.
2. Booking period is from March 15, 2024 to February 28, 2025. Stay period is from March 18, 2024 to March 5, 2025. Offers are not valid on these blackout dates: Holy Week (March 27-31, 2024); Golden Week (April 26 – May 6, 2024); Obon Week (August 13-16, 2024); Chuseok Week (September 13-17, 2024); Christmas (December 23-25, 2024); New Year (December 29, 2024 – January 1, 2025); Sinulog 2025.
3. The Cardholder must book and pay for the transaction using his/her qualified EastWest credit or debit card to avail of these offers at Quest Hotel and Conference Center – Cebu:

Inclusions: Buffet breakfast; Access to swimming pool and gym facilities; Complimentary parking space; 20% off on buffet lunch or buffet dinner at Puso Bistro & Bar (In-house guest availing the room package)

4. Advance reservation is required by calling and confirming with Quest Hotel and Conference Center – Cebu that the Cardholder will avail of the EastWest-exclusive discount/privileges. Full payment or a credit or debit card guarantee is required upon booking. The Cardholder needs to get in touch with the hotel to confirm the payment requirement.

5. All incidental charges not included in the exclusive offer/s must be settled at Quest Hotel and Conference Center – Cebu with the Cardholder’s qualified EastWest credit or debit card.
6. Offers cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discount as mandated by law, regulation, or ordinance.
7. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
8. Offers are non-transferable and are not convertible to cash or gift certificates.
9. Quest Hotel and Conference Center – Cebu’s standard re-booking, cancellation, and no-show policies will apply.
10. 11. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit and Debit Cards shall apply.
12. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Quest Hotel and Conference Center – Cebu shall be conclusive with approval of DTI.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
