How to avail of EastWest EasyBiz?

Submit the following Documents in your Store of account: 
a. Accomplished and signed EastWest EasyBiz Customer Set-up Form
b. Certification of Documents Custody (CDC)
c. Board of Resolution/Secretary’s Certificate, 
Partnership Resolution or DTI Registration

Wait for the Store to set-up and process your account

Activate your account using the default Credentials.

  1. Can I access EastWest EasyBiz using my computer?
    • Yes. EastWest EasyBiz works on both desktop and mobile browser via https//:business.eastwestbanker.com
    • You can also download the EastWest EasyBiz App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  2. Can I download the EastWest EasyBiz App on any mobile device?
    • The EastWest EasyBiz mobile app is available on any android or iOS device.
  3. I forgot my credentials. What will I do?
    • Click the “Forgot username or password”. Provide the necessary details and wait for the confirmation email to reset your credentials.
  4. What will happen if I inputted incorrect credentials multiple times?
    • Your EastWest EasyBiz user ID will be locked. Kindly ensure that the credentials you are using are correct and updated to avoid any inconvenience.
  5. Can I access my EastWest EasyBiz abroad?
    • Yes, EastWest EasyBiz allows you to access your accounts anywhere as long as you have internet access. .

  1. How will I add my EastWest accounts?
    • Once enrolled in EastWest EasyBiz, all EastWest accounts* that belong to your business will automatically be available for viewing.
      *Peso and/or foreign denominated accounts.
  2. How far can I access my transaction history?
    • You can view transaction history for the past 3 months. If you wish to view your transaction history beyond 3 months, you may coordinate with your Store of account or Sales manager.
  3. How can I view my transactions?
    • Account Transaction history can be viewed in the Transaction History tab in real-time.
  4. Can I still view my closed accounts?
    • No. Only active EastWest accounts are visible on the EasyBiz dashboard.
  5. Can I customize who can view my accounts?
    • Yes. You can customize user roles upon account set up.

  1. Can I customize my workflow approval?
    • Yes, your workflow approval can be customized as indicated in the form.
  2. I am the approver. Can I approve multiple transactions in one go?
    • Yes, EastWest EasyBiz can process multiple batches in single approval.
  3. How can I edit my current workflow set-up?
    • Fill out the form and submit the new workflow setup to your Store of account

  1. What type of Fund Transfer transactions can I do via the EastWest EasyBiz?
    • The following fund transfer transactions are available in the EastWest EasyBiz:
      • Transfers to Own or Other EastWest Account / EastWest Rural / KOMO
      • Transfers to Other Banks via InstaPay
      • Transfers to Other Banks via PESONet
  2. Can I use my EastWest dollar account to transfer to other EastWest dollar accounts?
    • Yes. You can use your dollar account as a source for your fund transfer transactions to other EastWest dollar accounts.

      Please note that cross currency transfer is not yet available in EasyBiz.
  3. Can I do dollar transfers to other local banks?
    • No. Dollar transfers to other local banks is not available in the EastWest EasyBiz.
  4. Is there an additional fee if I transfer funds to another or to my own EastWest account?
    • Transfer of funds to another EastWest account is free of charge.
  5. Is there a fee if I transfer funds to other local banks via InstaPay?
    • Yes. There is a fee of Php10.00 for every fund transfer transaction.

      Please note that the Php10.00 transfer fee is applicable per fund transfer transaction. The total fund transfer fee for batch fund transfer will depend on the number of transactions in a single batch.
  6. How much is the daily limit for fund transfer transactions?
    • You can transfer funds up to Php5M per day.
  7. How will I know if my fund transfer transaction pushed through?
    • A successful fund transfer transaction will be tagged as “Processed” as its transaction status. You may also view the transaction history of your source account.
  8. Can I do bulk fund transfers?
    • Yes. EastWest EasyBiz can transfer to multiple accounts by batches
