    • Completely accomplished Offer to Buy Form
    • Completely accomplished Buyers Information Sheet
    • Photocopy of 2 Valid government issued ID with 3 Specimen Signatures
    • Photocopy Certificate of Employment with compensation indicating as regular employee
    • Photocopy of Proof of Billing
  2. Individual – Self Employed
    • Completely accomplished Offer to Buy Form
    • Completely accomplished Buyers Information Sheet
    • Photocopy of 2 Valid government issued ID with 3 Specimen Signature
    • Photocopy Latest Income Tax Return, Business Registration DTI and/or SEC Certificate of Registration
    • Photocopy of Proof of Billing
  3. Corporation
    • Completely accomplished Customer Information Sheet & Declaration of Beneficial Owners
    • SEC Certificate of Registration, Business Permit, Latest General Information Sheet

“As-is, where-is,” pertains to the existing physical and legal conditions of our properties at the time of submission of a buyer’s Offer to Buy. As it is also our service commitment to fully disclose all material property information to every buyer, we strongly encourage you to visit and inspect your property of choice. By submitting your formal offer, you confirm acceptance of the property’s condition and assume responsibility that may arise from said condition.

You may settle via:

  1. Cash
  2. EastWest Financing subject to bank approval
  3. Installment option subject to bank approval
  4. Other Bank Financing

Yes, you can. In addition to the requirements mentioned in item 2, you need to designate an Attorney-in-fact through a duly executed Special Power of Attorney (SPA). A Consularized or apostilled (as the case may be) SPA is required. All offers received are subject to bank approval.

The period of turn-over depends on the payment option availed:

  1. Cash – upon your full payment
  2. EastWest Financing or Installment option- upon your settlement of the down payment amount
  3. Other Bank Financing - upon the remittance of full payment by your financing bank

  1. The Documentary Stamp Tax, Transfer Tax, Registration Fee, and other sales related fees and charges are for the account of the buyer.
  2. EastWest shall shoulder the Creditable Withholding Tax (CWT) due on the sale of the property only up to the extent of the purchase price. Should the zonal or the Fair Market Value of the property be higher than the purchase price, the resulting additional CWT that may arise shall be for the account of the buyer.
  3. Notarial fee
  4. For properties under EastWest financing and Installment option, the premium for a one-year fire insurance.

*Computations of taxes and fees are not final and subject to change based on government- mandated rates or BIR rulings or computations prevailing or applied during the registration of the documents covering the transaction.

The Certificate of Title will be released upon full payment of the property.

  • PRC
  • Brokers Certificate
  • BIR 2303
  • Another government issued ID
  • Fully accomplished application form with 2x2 ID Picture
  • BIR 0605 and latest registration receipt.
  • Certificate of Employment
  • Business documents for corporate
