Promo Mechanics

1. The EastWest Online Perks Promo with PetPal Asia ("Promo”) is open to all active EastWest credit and debit cardholders ("Cardholder") in good credit standing1.

2. Promo runs until October 31, 2024.

3. The Cardholders will enjoy 20% discount when they use their qualified EastWest credit or debit card at https://petpal.asia/ and use the promo code EWPERKS + first 4 digits of the card (ex: EWPERKS1234).

4. To avail of the offer, cardholders must follow these steps:

•Visit https://petpal.asia/

•Select service to be availed

•For new users, create an account with PetPal Asia

•Proceed to checkout, input promo code and other required information

•Complete payment using an EastWest Credit/Debit card

5. Offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with certificates, current promotions, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discount as mandated by law, regulation, or ordinance.

6. Offer is non-transferable and is not convertible to cash or gift certificates.

7. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the mechanics of the promo including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions. 8. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit and Debit Cards shall apply.

9. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and PetPal Asia shall be conclusive with approval of DTI. 

1Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
