1. The EastWest Perks Promo ("Promo”) is open to all active EastWest credit and debit cardholders ("Cardholder") in good credit standing*.

4. To avail of the offers, Cardholders must book directly at Coron Westown Resort’s website at www.coronwestownresort.com and input EWPERKS in the “I have a promotion code / Promotion Code” field or pay directly at the hotel via walk in. Full payment is required upon booking and is non-refundable.
5. Advance reservation is required. For inquiries, the Cardholder may call or send an e-mail to Coron Westown Resort.

6. The Cardholder must present the card used for booking and a valid ID upon check-in. The Cardholder must be one of the staying guests.
7. All incidental charges not included in the exclusive offers must be settled at Coron Westown Resort with the Cardholder’s qualified EastWest credit or debit card.
8. Offers cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discount.
9. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or the person with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

14. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Coron Westown Resort shall be conclusive with approval of DTI.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
