Promo Mechanics

  1. The promo is open to all active EastWest JCB Gold or Platinum Credit Cards (“Cardholders”) in good credit standing*.
  2. This promo is only valid for Philippine Passport holder, unless otherwise foreign applicant  is holding a valid Philippine Residency Visa.
  3. Promo period is from July 22 to September 30, 2024.
  4. Cardholders can enjoy up to two (2) Free Single or Multiple entry Japan Visa Applications when they purchase a ticket/s to Japan via Japan Airlines or Rajah Travel Corporation using their EastWest JCB credit cards during the promo period to avail of the offer.
  5. Applicants must visit the Rajah Travel Corporation at 3F, 331 Building, 331 Sen Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City.​
  6. Tickets should be purchased during the promo period (until September 30, 2024) and applications for the Japan Visa will be accepted by Rajah Travel Corporation until December 15, 2024.
  7. For Single Entry applicants, Visa is valid only for three (3) months upon approval
  8. Cardholders must inform the Rajah Travel Corporation representative that they will avail of the offer and present their e-tickets/bookings, proof of payment using the EastWest JCB credit card, and the EastWest JCB credit card.

  10. Issuance of a Japan visa remains at the discretion of the Japan embassy. Rajah Travel Corporation shall not be held liable under any circumstances for visa denials resulting from any visa application.
  11. Only one (1) EastWest JCB credit card may be used to avail of the promo offer per transaction. Splitting of transactions is not allowed.
  12. The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with current promotions, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discount as mandated by law, regulation, or ordinance.
  13. All other fees pertaining to the transaction, such as service charges, delivery fees, and other applicable taxes will be shouldered by the Cardholder.
  14. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
  15. The offer is non-transferable and is not convertible to cash or gift certificates.
  16. Issues related to the Rajah Travel Corporation transaction should be directed to and will be resolved by Rajah Travel Corporation.
  17. EastWest makes no representation for Rajah Travel Corporation and all feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to Rajah Travel Corporation.
  18. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to these terms and conditions.

  20. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Card shall apply.
  21. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Rajah Travel Corporation shall be conclusive with the approval of DTI.

 

* Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those with EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
