The promo is open to EastWest JCB credit cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing. Cardholders in good credit standing are those with EastWest JCB credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest JCB credit cards.

1. 50% off Admission Ticket for direct online purchase on Mandai Wildlife Reserve website only at https://www.mandai.com/en/things-to-do/whats-on/promotions/partner-promos.html.
2. Not valid for online ticket purchase on other third-party platforms e.g. Klook, KKday, etc.
3. Tickets are on limited redemptions per park per month, while-stock-last basis.
4. Valid for all park ticket purchases (Singapore Zoo, River Wonders, Night Safari and Bird Paradise).
5. Limited to a maximum purchase of four (4) tickets per transaction.
6. Customers must key in the promo code ‘JCB50’ to entitle for the discount.
7. All payment must be made with a valid EastWest JCB Card.
8. Not applicable for use on the eve of Singapore public holidays, Singapore public holidays, and the block out period between 16 to 31 December (both dates inclusive).
9. Not valid with other promotional offers, discounts, privileges or loyalty programs.
