1. The promo is open to all active EastWest Elite Credit and Debit cardholders (“Cardholders”) in good credit standing*.
2. Promo period if from August 1 to November 30, 2024.
3. Booking period is from August 1 to November 30, 2024.
4. Stay period is from August 1, 2024 to December 1, 2024.
5. The Cardholder must book and pay for the transaction using his/her qualified EastWest Elite Credit and/or Debit card to avail of these offers:

8. Full payment is required upon booking and is subject to TAG Resort’s cancellation policies.
9. The Cardholder may also make a reservation for another guest, provided that the full payment is made at the time of booking using an EastWest Elite Credit and/or Debit Card.
10. All incidental charges not included in the exclusive offers must be settled at TAG Resort Coron.
11. Offers cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discount.
12. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or the person with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
13. Offers are non-transferable and are not convertible to cash or gift certificates.
14. TAG Resort’s standard cancellation and no-show policies will apply.
15. Issues related to the TAG Resort’s transaction should be directed to and will be resolved by TAG Resort.
16. EastWest makes no representation for TAG Resort and all feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to the respective merchant.
17. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to these terms and conditions.For any inquiry on the promo or concern on the card account, Cardholders may email cards@eastwestbanker.com.
18. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Card shall apply.
19. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and TAG Resort shall be conclusive with the approval of DTI.

* Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those with EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
