Promo Terms and Conditions:

The EastWest Credit Card Acquisition at Landers promo (“Promo”) is from April 26 to May 25, 2024 (“Promo Period”) with Redemption Period from April 26 to July 24, 2024.
The Promo is open to all EastWest Credit Card (“Card”) applicants who do not have an existing principal credit card issued by EastWest and did not apply for one in the last six (6) months prior to application

Card applications should be made at the EastWest booth from any one of the listed participating Landers Superstore branches below:

Alabang - Daang Hari Road, Almanza Dos, Las Pinas City
Arca South – Arca Blvd. cor East Union Dr., Taguig City
Balintawak - 1240 EDSA Balintawak, Apolonio Samson, Quezon City
Fairview - Belfast cor. Quirino Highway, Brgy. Pasong Putik, Novaliches, Quezon City

Application should be completed within the Promo Period using the EastWest System Tech Assistant Chatbot (“ESTA”) under application source LANDERS.

Card applicants who successfully completed their application (“Qualified Applicant”) on-site will get a free Php 200 Landers Gift Certificate (“Turn-in Gift”). Duplicate applications are automatically disqualified from the Promo.
The EastWest booth personnel will award the Turn-in Gift to the Qualified Applicant upon presentation of the actual ESTA/SMS acknowledgement together with one valid ID. Screenshot of the SMS/ESTA acknowledgement will not be honored. The Turn-in Gift should be redeemed by the Qualified Applicant on the date of application.
A Promo applicant whose application has been approved (“Cardholder”) and makes a first spend using the newly issued and activated EastWest Credit Card (no minimum spend required) within thirty (30) calendar days from approval date ("Spend Period”) shall be entitled to receive a Php 3,000 Landers eGift from Giftaway (“Reward”).
Transactions that qualify for the first spend are straight purchases, installment, cash advance, Quick Bills and online purchases. Balance Transfer, Convert-to-Installment and Insta-Cash are not qualified.
The qualified Cardholder will receive an SMS confirmation from Giftaway containing the link to redeem the Landers eGift Code for the Reward within thirty (30) business days from making their first spend.
The Landers eGift code should be redeemed by the Cardholder within the Redemption Period. EastWest and Giftaway shall not be liable to replace expired, lost and compromised Landers eGift code.
The Landers Gift Certificate/s are non-refundable and non-convertible to cash. EastWest and Landers shall not be liable to replace expired, lost or stolen Landers Gift Certificate/s.
By participating in the Promo, the Cardholder agrees to maintain his/her Card active and in good standing for twelve (12) months from date of card activation (“Holding Period”). Should the Card be cancelled during the Holding Period, the cost of the Php 3,000 Landers eGift shall be charged to the Cardholder’s account.
Cardholders who successfully redeemed the Reward shall no longer be eligible to participate in any EastWest credit card acquisition promo during the Holding Period.
If, as determined by EastWest, the Cardholder is found to have made multiple or fraudulent redemptions under this Promo, EastWest shall charge the corresponding costs of the invalid redemptions to the Cardholder’s EastWest Card account/s, if applicable.
In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of EastWest Bank shall be conclusive with concurrence of DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by EastWest.
The issuance and use of EastWest Credit Cards shall be subject to EastWest’s credit policies and the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest credit cards.
