- The EastWest Perks Promo ("Promo”) is open to all active EastWest credit cardholders ("Cardholder") in good credit standing*.
- Booking period is from June 25, 2024 to May 31, 2025. Stay period is until June 30, 2025.
- The Cardholder must book and pay for the transaction using his/her qualified EastWest credit card to avail of the 20% OFF based on Published Rates:

- Advance reservation is required. The cardholders must send the complete guest details (Name, Age, Arrival & Departure date, and room type) to rhea.carlos@arawhospitality.com or sales@arawhospitality.com. All incidental charges not included in the exclusive offers must be settled at the hotel with the Cardholder’s qualified EastWest credit card.
- The resort requires a valid booking voucher to be submitted prior to or upon guest arrival. Failure to do so, the published rate shall apply.
- Offers cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discount as mandated by law, regulation, or ordinance.
- In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or the person with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
- Offers are non-transferable and are not convertible to cash or gift certificates.
- Hotel’s standard re-booking, cancellation, and no-show policies will apply.
- By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the mechanics of the promo including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions. - Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards shall apply.
- All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Araw Hospitality shall be conclusive with approval of DTI.
*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
