1. The promo is open to all active EastWest Credit Cards (“Cardholders”) in good credit standing* and EastWest credit card applicants..

3. Qualified Credit Cardholders must pay using his/her qualified EastWest credit card during the promo period to avail of the following:

     a. 20% off room rack rates/best available room rates

     b. 10% off for a minimum single-receipt spend of P3,000.00 at Sands Resto Grill and 720 Bar

6. Cardholders must present their EastWest credit card prior to ordering and/or payment and must inform the restaurant representative/s that they will avail of the offer.
7. Only one (1) EastWest credit card may be used to avail of the promo offer. Splitting of credit card transactions to be able to avail of more than one (1) offer is not allowed.
8. The offer is valid for dine-in only and is not applicable on payments for banquet sales, private functions, and parties.
9. Maximum of 30 persons for group reservations.

11. Applicable on gross price, not including service charge.
12. The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discount as mandated by law, regulation, or ordinance.
13. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
14. The offer is non-transferable and is not convertible to cash or gift certificates.

17. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to these terms and conditions.

20. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest.  In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and The Lighthouse Marina Resort, Sands Resto Grill and 720 Bar shall be conclusive with the approval of DTI.

* Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those with EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
