Up to 30% OFF at Malagos Garden Resort

1. The EastWest Perks Promo with Malagos Garden Resort ("Promo”) is open to all active EastWest credit cardholders ("Cardholder") in good credit standing*.
2. Booking period is from September 1, 2024 to August 31, 2025. Stay period is from September 2, 2024 to September 5, 2025. Offers are not valid on the following blackout dates: December 23, 2024 to January 1, 2025 and 3rd week of August for Kadayawan Week.
3. The Cardholder must pay for the transaction using his/her qualified EastWest credit card to avail of these offers:

• 30% OFF on all rooms based on published rates (advance reservation is required)
• 10% OFF on total F&B bill with a minimum single receipt spend of Php 3,000 at Viewdeck Café and Koi Café (valid for in-house guests and walk-ins; advance reservation is encouraged)
• 5+1 on weekend lunch buffet at Php 849 per head at the Corral Pavilion (valid for in-house guests and walk-ins; advance reservation is encouraged)

4. Advance reservation of rooms is required by calling and confirming with Malagos Garden Resort that the Cardholder will avail of the EastWest-exclusive offer. The Cardholder will settle his/her payment through manual transaction at Malagos Garden Resort.

5. All incidental charges not included in the exclusive offers must be settled at Malagos Garden Resort with the Cardholder’s qualified EastWest credit card.
6. Offers cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discount.
7. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or the person with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
8. Offers are non-transferable and are not convertible to cash or gift certificates.
9. Malagos Garden Resort’s standard re-booking, cancellation, and no-show policies will apply.
10. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the mechanics of the promo including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions. 11. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards shall apply.
12. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Malagos Garden Resort shall be conclusive with approval of DTI.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
