EastWest Online
- Step 1: Visit www.ewbanker.com.
- Step 2: Log in using your registered Username and Password.
- Step 3: Select “View Credit Cards”.
- Step 4: Select “Pay a Bill”.
- Step 5: Select the merchant biller from the list.
- Step 6: Input required details and click “Continue”.
- Step 7: Click “Confirm” in Confirm Screen.
Enrollments received before 11:00 P.M. cut-off are submitted to the merchant biller on the next banking day.
EastWest Mobile App
- Step 1: Open EastWest Mobile App
- Step 2: Log in using your registered Username and Password.
- Step 3: Select “Credit Card”.
- Step 4: Select the EastWest credit card where the biller auto-charge will be set-up.
- Step 5: Select “Quick Bills”.
- Step 6: Select the merchant biller from the list.
- Step 7: Input required details and click “Continue”.
- Step 8: Click “Confirm” in Quick Bills Enrollment Summary.
Enrollments received before 11:00 P.M. cut-off are submitted to the merchant biller on the next banking day.

Call the EastWest 24-Hour Customer Service Hotline at +63288881700 or send an e-mail to cards@eastwestbanker.com using your EastWest registered e-mail address and provide the following details:
- Merchant Biller Name
- Merchant Biller Subscriber/Account Name
- Merchant Biller Subscriber/Account Number
Enrollments received before 5:00 P.M. cut-off are submitted to the merchant biller on the next banking day.
EastWest will send you an SMS, an e-mail, or a letter of confirmation upon successful enrollment of your periodic bill/s to your declared contact details within a week after your request for enrollment. You may also inquire through the EastWest 24-Hour Customer Service Hotline at +63288881700 or e-mail cards@eastwestbanker.com.
Frequently Asked Questions
You are qualified to enroll your merchant bills if you are an active and current Principal cardholder.
There is no limit in the number of merchant billers that you can enroll. You can also enroll the merchant biller even if the merchant subscriber/account is under a different name.
You can choose to enroll your merchant biller/s in 3 ways:

You will receive a notification through your registered email address and/or mobile number once your merchant biller enrollment has been approved.
While enrollment is being processed, you will need to pay the merchant biller through their accredited payment channels.
Payments will be posted on your EastWest credit card Statement of Account. Access your account to view your electronic SOA and transaction details anytime, anywhere through:

To enroll, just download the EastWest Mobile app on App Store for iOS, Google Play for Android, or AppGallery for Huawei.
You can also check the posting of the auto-charge payment transaction in your enrolled merchant biller/s billing statement.
EastWest can decline any periodic auto-charge or cancel your merchant biller/s such as, but not limited to, suspended and/or cancelled (voluntary or involuntary), insufficient or non-availability of credit limit, or delinquent account status of your designated EastWest credit card. In such case/s, EasWest may send notification to your registered email address and/or mobile number.
EastWest will only process payments to your EastWest credit card account based on the merchant biller payment instructions. In case of any discrepancy on the payment details, directly call the merchant biller to verify the transaction.
In case of payment transaction decline/s for a period of one year, the merchant biller will automatically cancel your enrolled merchant biller with EastWest in the Quick Bills Auto-Charge facility. The frequency of transaction decline occurrence/s to cancel the merchant biller enrollment on your EastWest credit card are as follows:

Please ensure that your EastWest credit card is always active and current with available credit limit to prevent declined auto-charge payment transaction. You may also call your merchant biller to verify your merchant subscriber account and payments.
Terms and Conditions
IMPORTANT: Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions of the Quick Bills Auto-Charge Facility that constitute the Agreement between East West Banking Corporation ("Bank") and the Cardholder. By enrolling a merchant biller in the Quick Bills Auto-Charge Facility, the Cardholder will be deemed to have read these Terms and Conditions, and accepts and agrees to be bound by them.
As used herein, "Card" refers to all EastWest credit cards, including Supplementary Card/s and Virtual Card/s, issued by the Bank. The words "I", "me", and "my" refer to the Cardholder whose name is embossed on the Card and to whom the Card has been issued.
Merchant biller is a participating merchant biller of the Bank for auto-charge payment arrangement in the Quick Bills Auto-Charge Facility, such as, but not limited to, utility/ies, telecommunication/s, insurance, and subscriptions/ membership.
- The Quick Bills Auto-Charge Facility is an automated payment facility wherein I may settle my periodic bill/s/statement of account of merchant billers by automatically charging the amounts due thereof to my Card.
- I am the principal cardholder and my Card is active and in current status upon enrollment to be eligible for enrollment of the merchant biller/s under my name or a third-party subscriber.
- I shall enroll the merchant biller/s in the Quick Bills Auto-Charge Facility through EastWest Online Banking, EastWest Mobile App, or EastWest 24-Hour Customer Service Hotline before I may be allowed to settle my periodic merchant bill/s/statement of account to my Card.
- I acknowledge that the Bank has the absolute discretion to approve, decline or cancel the merchant biller/s enrollment application for whatever reason and without need of notification.
- In cases when my merchant biller enrollment/s is/are declined or cancelled, I shall not hold the Bank liable, in any event whatsoever, for any damage, loss or liability that I, or the third-party merchant biller/s subscriber, might suffer, directly or indirectly by reason of such decline, rejection or cancellation.
- Upon approval of my merchant biller/s enrollment, I hereby authorize the Bank to automatically charge the periodic (monthly/quarterly/annually) bill of the enrolled merchant biller/s to my designated Card.
- I acknowledge that the Bank shall only charge my Card the amount due as provided by the merchant biller/s in the merchant bill/s or statement/s of account, excluding other charges and/or fees not included therein.
- I shall pay the bill/s amount due directly to the merchant biller/s in case the Bank rejects/declines the scheduled auto-charge of the periodic bill/s or statement/s of account from the enrolled merchant biller/s or cancels my merchant biller/s enrollment in the Quick Bills Auto-Charge Facility.
- I shall also be solely responsible for any dispute relating to such merchant bill/s or statement/s of account with the merchant biller/s and I shall not hold the Bank liable for auto-charge payments it may make under the Quick Bills Auto-Charge Facility, in spite of such dispute/s.
- I shall not hold the Bank liable for any loss or damage that I, and/or third-party merchant biller/s subscriber/s, may suffer arising, directly or indirectly, in such cases, but not limited to:
- the Bank declines the scheduled auto-charge of the periodic bill/s or statement/s of account for whatsoever reason;
- any double payment which may result from my payment of said merchant bill/s or statement/s of account through payment modes other than the Quick Bills Auto-Charge Facility; and
- any dispute with the merchant biller/s relating to merchant bill/s or statement/s of account.
- Notwithstanding my merchant biller/s enrollment in the Quick Bills Auto-Charge Facility, I am solely responsible to check my periodic bill/s or statement/s of account from the enrolled merchant biller/s and EastWest Credit Card Statement/s of Account for posting of the auto-charge payment transaction/s.
- I hereby authorize the Bank to process late payment of said merchant bill/s or statement/s of account without the need of notification and further authorization thereof, due to reasons beyond the Bank's control such as, but not limited to late receipt of payment instructions, late delivery of accounts/bills or by reason of computer error. In such event, I shall not hold the Bank liable for any penalty, inconvenience, delay, damage, liability, loss or other consequences that may arise from such late payment including but not limited to disconnection or interruption of merchant biller services.
- The Bank shall have the absolute discretion to decline any periodic auto-charge or cancel my merchant biller/s enrollment even without notice to me for reason/s, such as, but not limited to, insufficient or non-availability of credit limit of my designated Card, or my account has been considered delinquent, or due to default in my obligations in one or more of my Card/s with the Bank, or in any of the Bank credit facilities that I have availed of, or termination, suspension and/or cancellation of my Card (voluntary or involuntary), in such a case, I shall not hold the Bank liable for any damage that I, or the third-party merchant biller/s subscriber/s, may suffer arising, directly or indirectly, in such cases, by reason of such rejection or cancellation.
- In case my Card is replaced due to reason/s such as, but not limited to, lost, stolen, renewed, upgrade, downgrade or converted to another Card, my merchant biller/s enrollment in the Quick Bills Auto-Charge Facility shall be continued under my replacement Card. Upon Card delivery, I must activate my replacement Card in order for the Bank to process re-enrollment.
I shall monitor my merchant bill/s or statement/s of account and pay the amount due directly to the merchant while re-enrollment is in process. Earning of rewards points, rebates, or miles for the Quick Bills Auto-Charge transaction/s may vary depending on the credit card product type. On the other hand, I may cancel my merchant biller/s enrollment in the Quick Bills Auto-Charge Facility. I shall notify the Bank by calling the EastWest 24-Hour Customer Service Hotline at +63288881700 or by sending a signed letter via e-mail to cards@eastwestbanker.com or fax to +63287845601 to 02, and such cancellation shall be effective after fifteen (15) banking days from receipt thereof.
- The authorized Quick Bills Auto-Charge transaction of the enrolled merchant biller/s, if any, shall form part of my Total Statement Balance, in addition to my other Card transactions, and shall be included in the computation of the Minimum Payment Due for my applicable Statement of Account billing cycle period.
- I agree that the foregoing Terms and Conditions are subject to amendments that the Bank may implement from time to time.
- I further agree that the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards are hereby incorporated by reference and shall form an integral part hereof. I hereby certify that I have read and understood the foregoing Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards as evidenced by my signature on the application form, or when I retain or use my EastWest credit card.
