PROMO MECHANICS
- The “Get Php1,000 Dining Rebate with EastWest Core Credit Cards” Promo ("Promo”) is open to all active principal and supplementary EastWest Practical Mastercard, EastWest Privilege Classic Mastercard, EastWest Visa Privilege Classic, EastWest Privilege Gold Mastercard, EastWest Visa Privilege Gold, EastWest JCB Gold, EastWest EveryDay Titanium Mastercard, and EastWest Dolce Vita Titanium Mastercard Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") in good credit standing* during the Promo Period and at the time of awarding of the rebate.
- Promo period is from June 8-9, 15-22, 22-23, 29-30, 2024.
- Cardholders must use their qualified EastWest credit card within the promo period at any dining establishment (dine-in or takeout) or food delivery app for a minimum single-receipt or cumulative dining spend of Php10,000 during the promo period. For the cumulative spend, no minimum amount is required per transaction.
- Principal and Supplementary Cardholders cannot combine their transactions to meet the total spend required.
- Cardholders who meet the minimum single-receipt or cumulative dining spend of Php10,000 at the end of the promo period will earn a maximum of Php1,000 dining rebate. A Cardholder may be awarded Php1,000 dining rebate more than once if his/her other qualified EastWest credit card/s is in good credit standing and meets the total required dining spend.
- The rebate earned by the Principal and/or Supplementary Cardholders will be credited on or before July 31, 2024. The rebate will be reflected on the Principal Cardholder’s Statement of Account with this description: “DINING REBATE JUNE 2024”.
- A Viber/SMS notification will be sent to the registered mobile number of qualified Cardholders who earned the rebate. The Principal and Supplementary Cardholder will receive separate Viber/SMS notifications. Cardholders must ensure that their registered mobile number with EastWest is updated and accurate; otherwise, EastWest will not be responsible for non-receipt of the Viber/SMS notification.
- Cardholders will be given 60 calendar days from posting of rebate or until September 30, 2024 to escalate to EastWest any errors or questions related to the Promo (e.g. computation of rebate, non-awarding of rebate). Promo will be considered conclusive after September 30, 2024.
- Rebates awarded to Cardholders are non-transferable and not convertible to cash. However, it is treated as a credit or payment for any outstanding balance on the card.
- EastWest reserves the right to reverse or adjust the rebate which has been previously posted if the qualified spend is disputed or cancelled on a later date, or if the transaction is found to be invalid or fraudulent, or if there is erroneous posting of the rebate.
- By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the mechanics of the promo including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions. For any concern, inquiry on the promo or concerns on the EastWest Credit Card account or Cardholder's eligibility, Cardholders may contact EastWest's 24-Hour Customer Hotline at (+632) 8888-1700 or e-mail cards@eastwestbanker.com.
- Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards shall apply.
- All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest shall be conclusive with approval of DTI.
*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
