Vehicles in the Auction List are still subject to a bidding process that will identify winning bidders based on best price offer.

Vehicles in the Price Tag List have final prices and are for outright sale on a first-come, first-served basis.

You may visit our warehouses every Monday to Saturday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. The specific warehouse where the vehicle is located is indicated in the Auction/ Price Tag List.

"AS IS, WHERE IS" pertains to the existing physical and legal conditions of our vehicles at the time of submission of vour bid or offer. As it is also our commitment to fully disclose all material property information to every vehicle buyer, we strongly encourage you to visit and inspect the vehicle of your choice. By submitting your bid or offer, you confirm acceptance of the vehicle's condition and to assume any responsibility that may arise from said condition.

If the vehicle is included in our Auction List, you must submit your bid on or before the deadline specified in the Auction List. Bids can be submitted in two (2) ways:

You may settle via:

1. Cash
   Payment should be made within five (5) banking days from your receipt of the email notification confirming your winning bid or offer.
   If you fail to pay within the said period, the bank will return the unit to the Auction/ Price Tag list.
2. Financing through EastWest Auto Loans
   You may inquire from ROPASales@eastwestbanker.com on the terms and process to avail. Approval shall be subject to the submission of required documents and EastWest Auto Loans credit policies and procedures.

• Photocopy of valid government issued ID with 3 Specimen Signatures

Individual- Self- Employed

• Completely accomplished application form
• Photocopy of Business Registration Certificate
• Photocopy of Business Permit
• Photocopy of three years (3) Audited Financial Statements / Latest Income Tax Return (1701)
• Photocopy of valid government issued ID with 3 Specimen Signatures
• Other documents that may be required

Corporation

• Completely accomplished Application Form
• Photocopy of three years (3) Audited Financial Statements
• Photocopy of Articles of Incorporation
• Photocopy of By-laws
• List of Major stockholders, addresses and ownership
• List of principal officers, positions, and addresses
• Company Profile
• Business write-up
• Trade References - at least 3 major suppliers and 3 major clients
• Bank References (Deposit Accounts; Credit Lines and existing/paid loans)
• Other documents that may be required

If you choose to pay via Cash:

• Notarial fee of Php600
• Transfer costs, registration fees and other fees relative to the transfer of ownership

If you choose to pay via EastWest Auto Loan financing:

• Notarial fee of Php600
• Transfer costs, registration fees and other fees relative to the transfer of ownership
