50% OFF Buffets at Hotel Okura Manila

PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promo is open to all EastWest Platinum, Infinite, and World credit cardholders (”Cardholders”) in good credit standing*.
2. Promo period is from August 9 to September 30, 2024.
3. Cardholders can enjoy 50% discount at Yawaragi buffet for a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 10 diners.
4. Promo is valid for total food bill only.
5. No blackout dates.
6. Discount only applies to a single final bill receipt by the corresponding same credit card user who made the reservation. Splitting of a single transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
7. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any existing promotions, and other discounts offered by Yawaragi, Hotel Okura Manila.
8. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, senior citizens and persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
9. Prior reservation is strictly required for Eastwest Elite credit cardholders for discount to be applied.

11. Discount is only applicable to one (1) qualified card per transaction, per cardholder.
12. The discount/offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made.
13. Promo offer is not convertible to cash or gift certificates, credit, or other goods and services
14. All other fees pertaining to the transaction, such as service charges, and other applicable taxes will be shouldered by the Cardholder.
15. Issues related to the Yawaragi, Hotel Okura Manila transaction should be directed to and will be resolved by Yawaragi, Hotel Okura Manila.
16. EastWest makes no representation for Yawaragi, Hotel Okura Manila and all feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to Yawaragi, Hotel Okura Manila.
17. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to these terms and conditions.

19. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Card shall apply.
20. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Yawaragi, Hotel Okura Manila shall be conclusive with the approval of DTI.

* Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those with EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
