1. The promo is open to all active EastWest Credit Cards (“Cardholders”) in good credit standing*.
2. Promo period is from Sept. 9 to 11, 2024.
3. Qualified cardholders can get extra 10% OFF sitewide for a minimum single-receipt purchase of Php 5,000 at Rustans.com with promo code: RCCEW2024. Discount capped at Php 5,000. For one-time use per customer.
4. To avail of the offer, EastWest Credit Cardholders must shop at Rustans.com during the promo period, pay using their qualified EastWest credit card and enter the promo code RCCEW2024 upon checkout to avail of the discount.
5. Only one promo code may be used per transaction.
6. The code is valid for one-time use per promo period per customer only.
7. The code is valid at Rustans.com only and does not apply in purchases at Rustan’s physical stores and via Rustan’s Personal Shopper on Call.
8. The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discount as mandated by law, regulation, or ordinance.
9. The offer is non-transferable and is not convertible to cash or gift certificates.
10. Issues related to the Rustan Commercial Corporation transaction should be directed to and will be resolved by Rustan Commercial Corporation.
11. EastWest makes no representation for Rustan’s and all feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to the respective merchant.
12. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to these terms and conditions.

14. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Card shall apply.
15. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest.  In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Rustan Commercial Corporation shall be conclusive with the approval of DTI.

* Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those with EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
