Get 10% OFF at Loca Kitchen + Café

1. The EastWest Perks Promo ("Promo”) is open to all active EastWest Credit and Debit cardholders ("Cardholder") in good credit standing*.
2. Promo period is from May 15, 2024 to April 30, 2025.
3. Cardholders can avail of a 10% OFF on the total bill with a minimum spend of ₱1,500 and a maximum spend of P2,500 when they use their EastWest credit or debit card at Loca Kitchen Café, SM Seaside Cebu.
4. Cardholders must present their EastWest credit or debit card prior to ordering and/or payment and must inform the restaurant representative/s that they will avail of the offer.
5. Only one (1) EastWest credit or debit card may be used to avail of the promo offer. Splitting of credit or debit card transactions to be able to avail of more than one (1) offer is not allowed.
6. The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discount as mandated by law, regulation, or ordinance.
7. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
8. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the mechanics of the promo including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions. 9. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit and Debit Cards shall apply.
10. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Creative Cuisine Group shall be conclusive with approval of DTI.

  *Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
