1. The promo is open to all active EastWest credit cardholders (“Cardholders”) in good credit

standing*.

2. Promo Period is from June 20 to September 30, 2024. Travel Period is from June 20, 2024 to September 30 2025. All transactions must be made within the Promo Period to avail of the Promo.
3. The promo entitles customers to the following discounts:
   • 5% for hotels
   • 1.5% for flights
4. To avail of the promo, customer must complete the following steps:
   • Visit the specific partner page: https://ph.trip.com/w/eastwest (June 20 to September 30, 2024)
     • Flash Sale page: https://ph.trip.com/w/eastwestflash (July 4 to July 7, 2024)
   • Search for your preferred hotel or flight booking to check for availability
   • Insert the partner code that you wish to use in the promo section column:
     • Hotels – EWTRIPH (can be used multiple times during the promo period)
     • Flights – EWTRIPF (can be used multiple times during the promo period)
5. Promotion platform: Available for bookings made on Trip.com Philippines website & app through URL: https://ph.trip.com/w/eastwest (June 20 to September 30, 2024) , https://ph.trip.com/w/eastwestflash (July 4 to July 7, 2024)
6. Bookings made through other campaign links or https://ph.trip.com would not be eligible.
7. Payment must be made with a Visa, Mastercard, or JCB credit card issued by EastWest Bank. Debit cards are not eligible for the promotion.
8. Cardholders must sign up for a Trip.com account to be able to use the partner promo.
9. Promo is open to new and existing Trip.com users.
10. If you change a booking for which you used a promo code, that promo code will no longer be valid. To use the promo code again, please cancel the booking and make a new booking within the Promotion Period.
11. Promo code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers and cannot be exchanged for cash or Trip Coins.
12. To the extent permitted by law, Trip.com will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs, or claims arising out of or relating to this promotion.
13. The offer is subject to terms and conditions of Trip.com. In case of dispute, the decision of Trip.com and EastWest shall be final with concurrence of DTI.
14. EastWest cardholders shall enjoy 5% off hotel booking with no minimum spend with the partner promo code: EWTRIPH
15. The hotel discount applies to the price after taxes and fees have been applied.
16. The hotel promo code is only applicable to pre-pay rooms (excluding rooms on promotion), and transactions made in Philippine Peso (“PHP”).
17. Different hotels/rooms may have different cancellation policies. Cardholders are advised to read the cancellation policies for the specific hotels/room types on Trip.com before booking.
18. EastWest cardholders shall enjoy 1.5% off flight booking with no minimum spend with the partner promo code: EWTRIPF
19. The flight discount applies to the price before taxes, fees, and surcharges have been applied.
20. The flight promo code is only applicable for transactions made in Philippine Peso (“PHP”).
21. Different airlines/flights may have different cancellation policies. Cardholders are advised to read the cancellation policies for the specific airline partners on Trip.com before booking.
22. The Promo offer is not exchangeable for cash, credit or other goods and services.
23. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions. 24. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Card shall apply.

* Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
