Promo Mechanics
- The promo is open to all EastWest JCB Platinum and JCB Gold credit cardholders (”Cardholders”) in good credit standing*.
- Promo period is from August 9 to September 30, 2024.
- Cardholders can can enjoy the following offers at Yamazato, Hotel Okura Manila:
- 40% discount for a minimum single-receipt spend of P5,000 and maximum discount of 8,000 per single-receipt spend for EastWest JCB Platinum credit cardholders.
- 30% discount for a minimum single-receipt spend of P5,000 and maximum discount of 8,000 per single-receipt spend for EastWest JCB Gold credit cardholders.
- Promo is valid for total food bill only.
- No blackout dates.
- Discount only applies to a single final bill receipt by the corresponding same credit card user who made the reservation. Splitting of a single transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
- Discount is applicable to food orders only. All a la carte beverages (i.e. wine, liquors, alcoholic or non-alcoholic cocktails, spirits), take-out transactions, payments for banquet sales, private functions, parties are excluded on this promo.
- Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any existing promotions, and other discounts offered by Yamazato, Hotel Okura Manila.
- In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, senior citizens and persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
- Prior reservation is strictly required for Eastwest JCB Platinum and Gold credit cardholders for discount to be applied.

- Discount is only applicable to one (1) qualified card per transaction, per cardholder.
- The discount/offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made.
- Promo offer is not convertible to cash or gift certificates, credit, or other goods and services
- All other fees pertaining to the transaction, such as service charges, and other applicable taxes will be shouldered by the Cardholder.
- Issues related to the Yamazato, Hotel Okura Manila transaction should be directed to and will be resolved by Yamazato, Hotel Okura Manila.
- EastWest makes no representation for Yamazato, Hotel Okura Manila and all feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to Yamazato, Hotel Okura Manila.
- By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to these terms and conditions.
- For any inquiry on the promo or concern on the card account, Cardholders may email cards@eastwestbanker.com.
- Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Card shall apply.
- All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Yamazato, Hotel Okura Manila shall be conclusive with the approval of DTI.
* Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those with EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
