Promo Mechanics

1. The EastWest Perks Promo ("Promo”) is open to all active EastWest credit and debit cardholders ("Cardholder") in good credit standing*.
2. Booking period is from February 1 to December 31, 2024. Stay period is from February 5, 2024 to January 31, 2025. Offers are not valid on January 24 - 26, 2025 (Dinagyang Festival).
3. The Cardholder must book and pay for the transaction using his/her qualified EastWest credit or debit card to avail of these offers:

• 40% off from rack rate of Family Room and Family Suite Rooms
• 45% off from rack rate of Deluxe, Superior, Premium, and Junior Suite Rooms

4. To avail of the offers, Cardholders must book directly at Zuri Hotel Iloilo’s website at www.zurihoteliloilo.com and input EWPERKS in the “I have a promotion code / Promotion Code” field or pay directly at the hotel via walk in.
5. Advance reservation is required. For inquiries, the Cardholder may call or send an e-mail to Zuri Hotel Iloilo.

6. All incidental charges not included in the exclusive offers must be settled at Zuri Hotel Iloilo with the Cardholder’s qualified EastWest credit or debit card.
7. Offers cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discount as mandated by law, regulation, or ordinance.
8. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or the person with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
9. Offers are non-transferable and are not convertible to cash or gift certificates.
10. Zuri Hotel Iloilo’s standard re-booking, cancellation, and no-show policies will apply.
11. 12. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit and Debit Cards shall apply.
13. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Zuri Hotel Iloilo shall be conclusive with approval of DTI.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
